Bainfear úsáid as an bpainéal chun 4 ról a líonadh ar dtús agus déanfar aon chomhaltaí painéil a n-éireoidh leo a mheas freisin le haghaidh róil eile laistigh den bhliain seo a leanas.

• Cúntóir Sinsearach Feidhmiúcháin conradh 1  bliana ar théarma seasta

Agus 2 ról a bhaineann le hobair OÉ maidir le Toghcháin Sheanad Éireann

• Cúntóir Sinsearach Feidhmiúcháin conradh 3 bliana ar théarma seasta

Senior Executive Assistant (4 posts and creating a panel)

Applications are invited to be included on a panel for roles at Senior Executive Assistant level in the National University of Ireland (NUI).

EU/EEA Nationals

If you are an EU/EEA national, you will be asked to show proof of right to work in Ireland e.g. showing your employer a copy of your passport.

Non-EU/EEA national

If you are a non-EU/EEA national, you will require current and valid permission to work and reside in the Republic of Ireland. Information on legislation and guides to the procedures in relation to obtaining Green Card Permits, Work Permits, Spousal/Dependent Permits is available on the Department of Jobs, Enterprise, and Innovation website www.djei.ie

The panel will be used to fill 4 roles initially and any successful panel members will also be considered for subsequent roles within the following year.

The three current roles are

• Senior Executive Assistant (Awards) 3 year fixed term contract
• Senior Executive Assistant (Communications) 1 year fixed term contract

And 2 roles associated with NUI’s work with regard to Seanad Éireann Elections

• Senior Executive Assistant  3 year fixed term contract
• Senior Executive Assistant  1 year fixed term contract

Speisialtóir TFC (2 phost agus painéal á chruthú)

Bainfear úsáid as an bpainéal chun 2 ról a líonadh ar dtús agus déanfar aon chomhaltaí painéil a n-éireoidh leo a mheas freisin le haghaidh róil eile laistigh den bhliain seo a leanas.

Is iad an dá róil reatha

• Speisialtóir TFC conradh 3 bliana ar théarma seasta
• Speisialtóir TFC conradh 6 mhí ar théarma seasta

ICT specialist (2 posts and creating a panel)

Applications are invited to be included on a panel for roles at ICT specialist level in the National University of Ireland (NUI).

The panel will be used to fill 2 roles initially and any successful panel members will also be considered for subsequent roles within the following year. Please note that while we do our best to only call candidates forward to a panel where the demand exists, it does not guarantee you will be offered a position, as your place on the panel may not be reached if demand is lower than initially envisaged.

The two current roles are

• ICT Specialist 3 year fixed term contract
• ICT Specialist 6 month fixed term contract
