The Institute of Public Administration held its conferring ceremonies in Dublin Castle on the 1st and 3rd of December during 
which the NUI Chancellor, Dr Maurice Manning, conferred over nine hundred students with NUI masters' degrees, bachelors' degrees and diplomas.
Speaking at the ceremonies, Dr Manning spoke of the challenges facing the Irish public service and the growing pressure faced by public servants including a lack of clarity surrounding the calls for public service reform
